LAYERS, the beginning can be chilly but you will heat up as you go so be ready to take it off!
WATER, the roundtrip hike takes a few hours so stay hydrated
MAT, unless you like practicing in the dirt
RAIN JACKET, it's Washington. Waterproofing is your friend.
OPTIONAL Sensitive knees/back? Hiking poles suggested but not required. You may bring food, but lunch will be provided after the flow (gf/df/vg happily accommodated)
