This Intro To Yoga class sequence takes an anatomy-based approach to building a tailored and sustainable practice from its foundations. We’ll explore the pillars of a well-rounded yoga practice (the Eight Limbs), tackle common frustrations with meditation and pranayama, and introduce modifications for each stage of your practice. Each session will include both lecture and application. Classes are iterative and should be taken as a complete progression. All experience levels welcome.
